  1. How can I protect my balance if my gift card gets lost or stolen?
    You must first register your card in order to replace your funds should your card get lost or stolen.


  2. Can I reload my gift card?
    Your gift card cannot be reloaded after the initial card purchase.


  3. How much can I load onto my gift card?
    $1,000 is the maximum value that you can load onto your gift card at the time of purchase. The card cannot be reloaded after purchase.


  4. Can I use my gift card to get withdrawals or my account balance at an ATM?
    No. Your gift card cannot be used at an ATM for cash withdrawal or balance inquiry.

    You can report your gift card lost or stolen by contacting Card Services at 855-687-2123.

    There are no usage fees. Specific card fees can be found by clicking the cardholder agreement link found at sunrisegift.prepaidchp.com/chp after logging in.

  8. Is my information shared with Visa Prepaid Clearinghouse Service (PCS)?
    We are required to periodically report certain Card information to the Visa Prepaid Clearinghouse Service (PCS) to assist in fraud prevention. Please contact PCS Customer Service for details regarding the information reported and on file with PCS.
